Why LCS

You get the owner. Every time.

Mike Johns runs Logical Chaos Solutions and does the work personally. The person who walks your property and designs the network is the same person who pulls the cable, mounts the access points, labels the rack, and picks up the phone six months later when something needs a look.

That is the whole difference between LCS and a cable-company install or a big-box "tech support" appointment: continuity, accountability, and someone who remembers how your building is wired.

  • No subcontractors and no call center queue
  • Deep, daily expertise in Ubiquiti UniFi — and comfortable with other platforms
  • Honest scoping: if you do not need the expensive option, you will hear that
  • Clean, labeled, documented installs you can hand to anyone
  • Available 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm

How it goes

A straightforward four-step job

  1. Call and talk it through

Tell us the symptoms and the space. We ask the questions that matter and give you a straight read on what is involved.

  2. Walk the site

Construction, distances, existing wiring, and where the dead zones actually are. Access point placement is planned around the building, not the box it came in.

  3. Install it clean

Cable run properly, gear mounted and labeled, network configured, everything tested before we leave.

  4. Keep it running

Firmware, monitoring, and remote troubleshooting — either on call or on a managed care plan.

Solutions, not sales pitches

The right gear for your situation

Ubiquiti UniFi is our go-to platform and the one we know best — but it is never the only option on the table. The job is to pair you with the solution that actually fits your space, your usage, and your budget.

UniFi-first, not UniFi-only

UniFi is what we work in daily, hands-on, at depth — gateways, switching, wireless, and cameras. That depth is a real advantage, and it is where most jobs land. It is a starting point, not a rule.

Comfortable across other platforms

When another brand or approach is the better answer — because of existing equipment, a specific requirement, or what the budget allows — we are experienced enough to build it that way and support it after.

Every job starts with listening

Before any hardware is named we want to understand the building, how you actually use it, what is already installed, and what you are trying to spend. The design follows from that.

Matched to your needs

Recommendations are based on what solves your problem — not on what is easiest to sell. If you do not need the expensive option, we will tell you, and we will explain why.

Budget-friendly by design

Real constraints are normal. Tell us the number you are working with and we will scope to it honestly, instead of handing you a bloated quote and hoping.

Phased when it makes sense

Not everything has to happen at once. We will happily build in stages — solve the painful part now, leave clean groundwork for cameras or expansion later.
