Design, install, and support for the networks homes and small businesses depend on. Ubiquiti UniFi is our primary platform — other gear when it fits you better — and the owner does the work.
Solutions, not sales pitches
Solutions, not sales pitches
Ubiquiti UniFi is our go-to platform and the one we know best — but it is never the only option on the table. The job is to pair you with the solution that actually fits your space, your usage, and your budget.
UniFi-first, not UniFi-only
UniFi is what we work in daily, hands-on, at depth — gateways, switching, wireless, and cameras. That depth is a real advantage, and it is where most jobs land. It is a starting point, not a rule.
Comfortable across other platforms
When another brand or approach is the better answer — because of existing equipment, a specific requirement, or what the budget allows — we are experienced enough to build it that way and support it after.
Every job starts with listening
Before any hardware is named we want to understand the building, how you actually use it, what is already installed, and what you are trying to spend. The design follows from that.
Matched to your needs
Recommendations are based on what solves your problem — not on what is easiest to sell. If you do not need the expensive option, we will tell you, and we will explain why.
Budget-friendly by design
Real constraints are normal. Tell us the number you are working with and we will scope to it honestly, instead of handing you a bloated quote and hoping.
Phased when it makes sense
Not everything has to happen at once. We will happily build in stages — solve the painful part now, leave clean groundwork for cameras or expansion later.
Service 01
Home Wi-Fi Design & Install
Most home Wi-Fi problems are placement and backhaul problems, not equipment problems. We survey the house — construction, wall materials, distances, where people actually use devices — and design coverage around it. UniFi access points are the usual recommendation because we know that platform inside out, but if another product line suits your house or your budget better, we will say so.
Access points are wired back to a central switch wherever it is practical, because a wired backhaul beats a repeated signal every time. Where running cable genuinely is not possible, we use mesh deliberately and place it to minimize the hit.
- Site survey and heat-map-driven access point placement
- Access point count sized to the house, not oversold — UniFi typically, alternatives available
- Wired Ethernet backhaul where it can be run; mesh only where it cannot
- Dead-zone elimination — shops, garages, upstairs bedrooms, patios, outbuildings
- One network name that follows you through the house without dropping
- Clean mounting, hidden cable runs, and labeled terminations

Business Networks
A business network has jobs a home network does not: keeping guests off the till, keeping cameras off the staff network, keeping the point-of-sale online during the lunch rush, and letting you see what is happening remotely.
Most of these builds land on UniFi gateways — including the Dream Machine SE and Dream Wall — with switching, wireless, and cameras managed from one place instead of four disconnected apps. Where you already have equipment worth keeping, or a requirement UniFi does not serve well, we will build it another way and support it just the same.
- UniFi Dream Machine SE and Dream Wall gateway deployments — or another platform if it fits better
- VLAN segmentation — staff, guest, point-of-sale, cameras, and IoT kept apart
- Guest network with captive portal and bandwidth limits
- PoE switching so access points, cameras, and phones run on one cable
- Firewall rules and inter-VLAN policy written to your actual workflow
- Remote management and monitoring so problems get looked at without a truck roll
Service 03
Security Camera Systems
Cameras are only useful if they are pointed at the right things and recording reliably. We plan coverage first — entries, driveways, blind corners, equipment, registers — then choose camera types and mounting heights to match, and run PoE so there is one cable per camera and no batteries to babysit.
Footage records locally — usually to a UniFi Protect NVR, though we install other camera systems when they are the better match for the site or the budget. Either way you get live and recorded viewing on your phone, with retention and motion detection zones set up before we hand it over.
- Coverage planning by sightline — not one camera per wall
- NVR setup with local recording and retention configured — UniFi Protect most often
- Night vision and low-light placement considered at design time
- Remote live view and playback on your phone, set up and tested with you
- Motion zones and notifications tuned so alerts mean something
- PoE cabling, weather-appropriate mounting, tidy cable entry

Ongoing Support & Monitoring
A network is not a one-time purchase. Firmware ships, ISPs change equipment, devices get added, and hardware eventually fails. A care plan means somebody is watching — and that when something breaks, the person fixing it already knows your setup.
Essential
Call for quote
- Scheduled firmware and controller updates
- Configuration backups kept off-site
- Remote troubleshooting during business hours
- Annual health review of the whole network
Proactive
Call for quote
- Everything in Essential
- Continuous device and uptime monitoring with alerts
- Proactive outreach when something looks wrong
- Priority remote response, 7 days a week
- Camera and NVR recording health checks
Managed
Call for quote
- Everything in Proactive
- Scheduled on-site visits
- Moves, adds, and changes handled for you
- Capacity and coverage planning as you grow
- Documented network records kept current
Plans are scoped to the size and complexity of your network, so pricing is quoted per site — and scoped to what you can spend. Call (541) 761-5448 and we will put real numbers to it. No plan is required; one-off support calls are always welcome.
Service 05
Bring Your Own Network (BYON)
You are not required to buy hardware through us. If you already own equipment, or you would rather source it yourself, bring it — we will configure it properly, integrate it into a coherent network, and make it actually perform. You pay for expertise, not markup.
This is also how we rescue setups that grew sideways: a router from the ISP, two mesh nodes from a big-box store, a switch someone added in the closet, and nothing labeled. Often there is more capability sitting in that pile than the owner realizes — it just needs to be configured as one system.
- Work with gear you already own or purchase yourself — no hardware purchase required
- Honest assessment of what is worth keeping and what is holding you back
- Proper configuration: addressing, wireless channels, segmentation, and naming
- Rescue and reconfiguration of messy or poorly installed existing setups
- Mixed-brand environments integrated into one coherent, documented network
- Guidance before you buy, if you want a second opinion on a shopping list
Service 06
Starlink Installation
Across a lot of our service area, cable and fiber simply do not reach. Satellite internet does — and a Starlink install done right is the difference between usable service and constant frustration. Siting matters: the dish needs genuinely clear sky, and that is not always where it is easiest to mount.
The part most installs skip is what happens after the dish. We integrate Starlink into a proper local network — real routing, wireless coverage that reaches the whole property, wired drops where you need them, and failover to a second connection where that applies.
- Site assessment for clear sky view and obstruction avoidance
- Secure mounting — roof, pole, or outbuilding — planned for wind and weather
- Weatherproofed cable routing and tidy building entry
- Integration into a real local network instead of one router in a corner
- Wi-Fi coverage extended across houses, shops, barns, and outbuildings
- Failover configuration where a second connection is available
- A strong fit for rural properties, vacation homes, shops, and job sites
Service plans and hardware come from the provider — we do the installation and the network. Call (541) 761-5448 to talk through your property.

Smart Home Planning, Setup & Install
Here is the thing most people find out the hard way: the majority of smart home problems are network problems. Devices drop, automations fire late, cameras go offline, and the app says “unreachable.” We fix the foundation first, then build on it.
That starts with planning — which devices genuinely make sense for how you live, and which are expensive novelties. Then the network: smart devices get their own segment, so a chatty sensor cannot bother your laptop and a compromised gadget cannot wander around your home network.
- Consultation and planning — what to install, what to skip, and in what order
- Devices placed on their own VLAN with the coverage they actually need
- Hub, controller, and app setup configured and explained
- Lighting, locks, thermostats, doorbells, sensors, and cameras integrated together
- One reliable system instead of a pile of disconnected apps
- Existing smart home setups diagnosed and stabilized
